My own portfolio, designed in Figma and built in Framer. One page does the whole job: who I am on the left, the work on the right, and the left column stays in place while the projects scroll.

Four case studies run on one CMS template with a fixed image grid, so adding a project means filling fields, not designing a page. Every text and color sits on a style, labels are set in mono, and the layout holds from 320 to 2560 px. No animation that does not explain something.
