Bilt Rewards

About Bilt Rewards

Bilt Rewards, built to launch faster, across everything.

When Bilt came to us, their site was split across DatoCMS and, in places, Framer, but they had no single system quick enough to launch on without pulling in developers or designers every time. We relaunched them on Framer and have been their web and design partner ever since, across far more than a homepage:

The website and component system

We redesigned the home page, ads pages, careers, and other crucial touchpoints, all on top of a full component system that makes launching new pages fast and consistent.

A new brand signature

We introduced a simplified, minimal map as a brand element. It started as a background visual and Bilt now uses it across their broader branding and campaigns.

Bilt Alliance

We launched the division site for Bilt Alliance, the side of the business built in partnership with residential owners and operators. A distinct audience, given its own clear home.

Travel partners, headless in spirit.

For the travel partner landing pages, we modelled the CMS in a type-driven rather than content-driven way. Instead of structuring around content like articles or FAQs, we structured around Sections, Modules, and Items, so pages can be assembled plug-and-play from reorderable blocks on a single template. It behaves much like a headless system such as Contentful, but stays native to Framer. Complex to build, effortless to use.

And more

We also designed the launch landing page for Bilt's debit card. It's the one piece built outside Framer, and we held it to exactly the same standard.

The achievement

There isn't a single showpiece here, and that's the point. The achievement is the range: brand, marketing site, a B2B division, internal event tooling, and a headless-style build, all delivered the way we work at Trueform, fast and to a high bar. A tiny team, usually one or two of us, covering ground that would normally take a department, while leaving Bilt with a system their own people can run.
