D5 Renovation Dubai

Overview

D5 Renovation is a Dubai-based design & build studio working across interior design, renovation, fit-out, technical supervision and investor property flipping.

I redesigned and rebuilt their website in Framer, helping reposition the business from a traditional renovation contractor into a premium full-cycle design & build studio.

My role

• Website strategy, design & development

• Framer CMS for services and portfolio

• English / Russian localization

• Mobile-first UX

• SEO & technical SEO foundations

• Tilda → Framer migration

• 301 redirect strategy

• GA4 & conversion tracking

• WhatsApp lead tracking

• Structured data / schema

• Meta Pixel implementation

A few technical highlights

Built an 18-page redirect map to preserve the existing URL structure during migration, implemented custom GA4 tracking for WhatsApp interactions, and solved several Framer-specific tracking and localization issues that weren't handled by the native setup.

The result is a premium, scalable real estate website with a stronger positioning, structured content system, SEO foundation and proper lead tracking.
