About Diverge

Diverge, formerly Dialoge, builds AI shopping assistants for e-commerce brands. The product already had evidence behind it: Diverge reports +41% sales conversion for its clients and 80% of customer queries resolved automatically, with deployments at brands like Bodylab and DKTrimmer across the Nordics. The website lagged behind: a Danish WordPress site built on Elementor, no English version, no clear positioning, and a name nearly identical to a competitor's. The team had just closed an investment round and was ready to go international.

The move

We developed the positioning, visual identity and an English-first website around the new Diverge name. The site leads with the product's existing evidence, then explains the technology and its role in sales and customer service. Those figures are Diverge's own and predate our work; our part was the system that presents them.

The identity

Restraint sets Diverge apart. Gradients appear only to highlight key words, clean typography leads, and contrast between dark and light sections sets the hierarchy.

In Framer

We designed and built the site in Framer, replacing the WordPress site entirely. It reads as a narrative: a problem shoppers recognize, an assistant trained on the client's own catalogue, a week-by-week process, and proof.
