Earth Almanac

Earth Almanac is an independent online journal that treats the Earth as a living relative, publishing essays, reportage, and photography. I co-founded it with writer Yasemin Özer and designed and built the site in Framer to read like a print magazine. Every story lives in the Framer CMS, so new pieces from a growing group of writers and photographers publish into templates that still feel individually designed: article openings shift between full-bleed images, split layouts, and cropped headers depending on the story. A filterable Featured grid sorts the work into stories and photography, and long-form pages are built for slow reading, with generous spacing, pull quotes, and photo credits set directly on the images.
