CMS collection for job listings, structured so empty fields just don't render. Tally handles CV uploads since Framer doesn't support native file uploads natively, two separate forms for two different application flows, each with its own consent step.

Visual direction moves away from typical HR stock photography: motion-blurred abstract imagery, floral and office-adjacent artwork instead.
