About Manerty

Manerty is a B2B SaaS company offering software for accountants who handle real estate portfolios, as well as for landlords looking to simplify the management of their rental properties. The company already had a Framer website, but it no longer reflected their offer: the design was starting to look dated, and a new offer had since been structured. The redesign had two goals. Visually, the site needed more modernity, with light animations and polished interactions to bring the product to life. Structurally, the architecture had to speak to two very different audiences, landlords and accountants, without mixing them, and the team wanted to manage their own content (blog, tutorials, white papers) independently.

I started by mapping the two user journeys, so that each audience could find its way immediately without needing to understand the full offer first. I then created dedicated pages for each feature, many of which were underused on the previous site, and kept animations purposeful rather than decorative. The existing brand identity was retained but fully refreshed, with most of the work focused on UX and navigation: a two-section menu, a homepage toggle switching between the landlord and accountant experiences, and several CMS collections configured for full autonomy. Combined with hands-on Framer training, the result is a fluid, professional site that matches the product and that the Manerty team was able to manage on their own from launch day.
