Nayan Real Estate

The Challenge

Nayan Real Estate is a Saudi agency with 20+ years in commercial and private real estate. Through Islam Fekhier at Fekhiér Technologies, they needed a website that could carry a luxury brand and also be run day to day without a developer.

The starting point was a Framer template. Its design was solid, but it was built for demonstration, with static content and generic structure. The real challenge was turning it into a working system: dozens of property listings, residential and commercial project categories, and a team that needed to update everything on their own.

My Role

The design came from the template, so my work was the engineering behind it. I customized the template to fit Nayan's brand and content, and I built the CMS that powers the site.

• Built a Framer CMS to manage all property listings, including location by district, bedrooms, bathrooms, and area

• Structured the collections so residential and commercial projects, listings, and detail pages all update from one place

• Customized the template's layouts, components, and interactions to fit Nayan's services and brand

• Added functionality beyond the template's defaults to support the client's real workflows like localization

• Delivered on schedule, with clear communication throughout

The Result

Nayan now has a polished, production-ready site where the team manages the whole property catalog from the CMS, with no code and no developer needed for updates. Listings, project pages, and filtering all run from structured content, so the site can grow as their portfolio does.
