About PacknPay

Pack'N'Pay Business Website

Pack'N'Pay is building a commerce network that connects consumers, retailers, distributors and suppliers across Africa. I designed and built its business website in Framer to give the company a clearer digital presence and make its growing ecosystem easier to understand.

The website brings Pack'N'Pay's different offerings together under one brand, explains who each platform is for, builds trust through partner and customer proof, and creates clear routes for potential customers, suppliers and partners to take the next step. Pack'N'Pay

My approach

The main challenge was clarity. Pack'N'Pay serves very different audiences and has several products, so the site could easily become confusing.

I started by simplifying the information architecture and thinking about the website from the visitor's point of view: What is Pack'N'Pay? Who is it for? Which product is relevant to me? Why should I trust the company? What should I do next?

From there, I created a visual system that could present a growing business without making the site feel corporate or overloaded. I used strong typography, clear sections, product-led storytelling and intentional calls to action to move visitors through the page.

I then built the responsive website in Framer, creating reusable sections and components so the team can continue expanding the site as the business grows.

Working closely with the business also meant I could translate the company's product strategy into the website, making sure the way Pack'N'Pay presents itself matches how the wider product ecosystem actually works.
