Does anyone know how to resolve this?

I lost the copy within my card component after I accidentally removed 2 out of 3 text variants.

I thought it only affected the one I edited but it affected some, though not all, of all the previous text variants. I copied and pasted the card elements from my backup project (so it's from a different project not from previous history version) back to my active site. However now I can't update and published my live site now. Does anyone know what's going on and how to fix it? Many thanks!
