Overview

The Bouncing Image Trail creates a dynamic, interactive trail of images that follows the user's cursor with a gravity bounce effect powered by GSAP. Automatically cleans up DOM nodes and manages timelines, ensuring that your 60fps framerate holds steady no matter how fast you move your mouse.

Features

GSAP Physics: Powered by the industry-leading GSAP animation library.
Mouse Interaction: Real-time cursor tracking.
Customizable Distances: Control how frequently images spawn.
Highly customizable image sizes and border radii.

Use Cases

Creative Portfolios: Showcase glimpses of your work interactively as the user explores your landing page.
Event Teasers: Tease event photos in a playful, unexpected way that begs users to keep moving their cursor.

Properties

Images: Upload or link your array of images.
Distance: The distance the cursor must move before a new image appears.
Speed: The animation speed of the bounce effect.
Image Size: The size of the trail images.
Border Radius: The roundness of the image corners.

Customization

Everything is adjustable right in the Framer properties panel. Upload or link your array of images, change the Distance value to control how frequently images spawn, and adjust the Image Size and Border Radius to match your aesthetic.
