I'm currently brainstorming ideas for my second Framer template, but I'm torn between building a SaaS landing page or a Design/Personal Portfolio.

For those who create and sell templates, how do you usually validate or choose your template topics? Do you go with what's currently trending in the marketplace, or focus on a specific niche you know best?

Also, if you have any tips on deciding between SaaS vs. Portfolio—or even suggestions for other high-demand template categories—I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences!
