A marketing site the team can finally ship from in days, not weeks. Award-winning, built on Framer.

Miro is one of the world's most widely used visual collaboration platforms, the online workspace where millions of teams plan, design, and build together. A brand at that scale lives or dies by how fast its marketing can move, and Miro's was being held back by the very system meant to power it.

Miro's marketing team had limited control over website updates and new launches. Publishing sat behind a powerful but complex headless setup on Contentful, which meant shipping a page was slow and dependent on other people. For a site this large, in this many languages, that overhead compounds with every launch. The team needed the power they already had, but with the speed and independence to actually use it.

What we built

This is a custom build as much as a design one. On top of the localized pages across 20+ languages, we delivered dynamic UTM tracking, content that adapts to the visitor, and custom forms. We built conditional visibility, so components appear or hide based on the URL, alongside custom prompt boxes and a good deal of bespoke code to make sure every piece of functionality works at this scale. A/B testing now runs through Framer too.

All of it spans 58 page types and 62 CMS collections, modelled so the team can keep launching without the architecture getting in the way.

The interactions and polish aren't the headline here. The headline is the system as a whole, and what it lets Miro do. The team can now add and update pages fast, largely on their own. We built the engine and the custom functionality; they drive it day to day. That shift, from limited control to genuine ownership, is the whole point of the project, and the numbers reflect it.

Best Big Site Framer Award 2025

We're proud that the project won the Best Big Site Framer Award 2025. Read the story here

The new site is faster to ship from, fully localized, and built to keep growing with Miro.
