A coach, not a developer: I rebuilt my site with Framer and an AI agent, and I'd love your eyes on it

Hello everyone. I'm Bryce, an executive and leadership coach in Atlanta, and I want to introduce myself by sharing the site that brought me here: brycethomason.com

I'm not a developer or a designer. For years my site lived on Wix, and it worked, but it never quite sounded like me. This month I rebuilt it in Framer, working alongside Claude through the Framer agent. I would describe the process less as "building a website" and more as a long conversation about what I actually wanted to say.

A few things that mattered to me in the build. The watercolor artwork was generated by me in photoshop unique to each essay, and I wanted it to breathe rather than compete with stock imagery. The writing is deliberately unhurried, because my whole practice is about helping leaders move from urgency to steadiness, and it felt wrong for the site to contradict that. And I resisted the urge to say everything, which was harder than any technical step.

What surprised me most: the moments where I stopped directing and started noticing were where the site got better. That is roughly what I do with clients, so perhaps I should not have been surprised.

I would genuinely welcome feedback from people who look at sites all day. Two things I care about most: does the writing feel human as you read it, especially on a phone, and is it clear what to do next without feeling pushed? Honest critique is welcome. I can take it, I promise.

Thank you for having me here.

With purpose and gratitude,

Bryce
