About Aisol Silk Banner
Aisol Silk Banner is one continuous strip of cloth that flows across the page with your words and small images printed on it.
Waves travel along the strip, and the cloth bulges where the pointer passes, then springs back.
A pause button is shown by default, it stops drawing off screen and in hidden tabs, and it starts paused for visitors who prefer reduced motion.
- Built-in words and image tiles fill the strip until you add your own.
- It never captures scrolling: wheels and swipes keep moving the page.
- The printed words are also listed once for screen readers.
- Need drag, snapping and captions? The paid sibling is Aisol Silk Carousel.
What you control
• Items (up to 24): words or images
• Cloth: colour, height, wave size and count, sheen
• Motion: speed, direction, slow down on hover
• Touch: how far the cloth bulges under the pointer
• Text: size, serif or sans, colour, separator
• Pause button, background, accessible label and an optional link
Limits: items are entered in the property panel (no CMS binding); while it is visible and playing it keeps drawing, like any marquee; the cloth needs WebGL, and without it a plain CSS marquee is shown.
