Transom

Transom is a real estate template for local agencies, brokers and letting agents. It presents homes like architectural drawings: a white sheet, ink type, a red accent line, sheet labels and dimension lines.

• Live listing search: filter homes by type, area and budget from the hero search or the listing tabs, with an empty state and a clear button.

• Full listing pages from the CMS: photo gallery with a full-screen viewer, key facts, features, video tour (upload a file or paste a YouTube or Vimeo link), neighbourhood guide with walk times, mortgage calculator set to each home’s price, agent card and a viewing request form.

• Similar homes, share link and a sticky booking bar on phones.

• Mortgage calculator with live sliders for price, deposit, rate and term.

• Smooth scroll, word reveals, count-up numbers and scroll animations, all built with native Framer effects you can edit.

• 3 CMS collections: Listings, Areas and Agents.

• 11 components with variants and 6 code components.

• Every color and text style set up as a Framer style, so one change updates the whole site.

• Fully responsive on desktop, tablet and phone, with a custom 404 page.
