Starry Night was an invite-only New Year's Eve party. I worked with the hosts to market the event, sell tickets, and keep guests informed.

The page had to be on brand and still give hundreds of guests the key details at a glance. Each invitation came with an access code, so only invited guests could buy tickets, and checkout ran through Eventbrite. The page also carried every update, from confirmed details and dates to last reminders before the night.

The event sold out well ahead of the target date, which was awesome to see!

Been working on this little directory project in my free time. Currently exploring sound as part of interaction design. Tones are synthesized in-browser rather than loaded files to help everything stay quick. Sound design inspired by Recent and Drice Roland.

Hover-based sounds only work after your first click (for now), and the site is a WIP.

Had a ton of fun collaborating with researchers from Texas A&M and the University of Manitoba on this project.

To accompany their recently published review, we created a concise editorial experience that interprets the distributed biological system at the centre of the paper through visual language.

Here are a couple early explorations for a specialized Canadian firm. We are currently working on a major rebrand and site rebuild from WordPress to Framer, so content is modified, but we are following a modular grid, editorial layout, and a strong but simple palette.

The typeface is Redaction (inspired by work of Titus Kaphar and Reginald Dwayne Betts), a beautiful serif derived from American legal documents. It has progressively degraded variants that echo how faxing, photocopying, and reproduction distort text.

Early footer concept for an applied science platform in the computational materials space.

The goal was to make a technical brand feel a bit more human: a structured layout, layered transparency and blending for depth, and landscape imagery with a soft horizontal pixel-sort effect.

Section from an editorial campaign site built earlier this year. Images were set in an asymmetric grid, selected and sequenced on colour, composition, and focal point.

Details are private (content has been swapped) but it was a ton of fun working on this one!

Been working on some exciting projects and can't wait to share more. Currently pushing the CMS with agent for large datasets and learning new ways to organize site architecture. I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend!

A little footer design exploration on a Friday night. IBM Plex Mono + Playground in an 8-column layout. Inspired by the beautiful work of Oliver Gareis and Object & Archive. Have a fantastic weekend everyone!

For those who don't know: you can provide feedback on internal agent outputs.

If you "Mark as Bad", you'll be prompted to provide some feedback, then your credits will be refunded for that output.

Obviously use within reason, but I thought this would be nice to share!

Wanted to share an old concept that's been sitting in the archive. Features fractal gradients with vertical blending and film grain, in a shibui-inspired palette.

Anyone else having an almost comically hard time closing projects tabs on the desktop app? I click the "x" then the tab bounces around like crazy, switches positions with another, then... just doesn't close?

Not a huge deal but the project tabs are acting like they got a mind of their own lol
