Before now, Every Framer Template Creator had to get reviewed successfully to pass onto the marketplace and this was in the bid to control the quality.
But with the recent update making it open to everyone, this doesn't mean quality should drop.
My submission for the contest: FramerReview
Framer Review helps you conduct an internal quality review for your template across the same criterium being used in the past, but now on-demand before
Just Drop in a template name, paste a URL, and upload a few screenshots and you get a full review before you publish it into the marketplace.
