🏡 Elmo Imóveis — UX/UI Design & Web Design

We designed a digital experience focused on simplifying the process of buying, selling, and renting properties in Guarajuba, Bahia.

The project was built upon UX research that identified the main challenges users face when searching for properties online, such as a lack of cost transparency, incomplete information, difficulty comparing options, and inefficient contact processes.

The solution delivered a strategic information architecture, intelligent filtering system, comprehensive property pages, and a premium interface inspired by the lifestyle and high-end gated communities of the region.

The result is a more intuitive, trustworthy, and conversion-focused experience, connecting users with the best real estate opportunities in Guarajuba.
