Everhaven - Real Estate Template is live.

I didn't want to build another listings portal, so the whole template is built around one idea - some homes deserve a slower reveal. Video-first, in full light and dark.

What actually took the longest wasn't the design - it was researching where real estate sites lose buyers, then solving for it without killing the premium feel. To celebrate the launch, I am offering discount for the first 15 days.

FAQ section in Aurum Pro Max is built differently.  

Hover any question → the answer box appears and follows your mouse as long as you stay in the div.

Team section in Aurum Pro Max is 100% default Framer component (two variants).  

Variant 1: Hover → founder icons grow from the bottom and rain upwards like they’re being pulled into the air.  

Variant 2: Clean icons on left + bottom right.

Work section in Aurum Pro Max uses custom code.  

Selected work grows fullscreen with a custom cursor on hover. This is how you stop clients from scrolling. Little things which makes whole experience premium 💎

The hero section in Aurum Pro Max is different.  

Small images float randomly at first… then smoothly snap into a clean marquee as you scroll.  The day/night toggle is smooth and sticky.

Template creators: 100% native Framer, or code components with property controls?

I use code for interactions and somethings which isn't possible with native framer and keep all other layouts native. Curious where others draw the line.

And for buyers do code-heavy templates ever bother you, or is it fine as long as everything's exposed through property controls?

AURUM is my first template, and I want it to be my best work so if you're a designer or
