I created a deck of cards component for Framer; the cards rotate continuously, opening in different directions when hovered over, and then returning like a magnet. Drag or click to move around within the deck, and there's also a subtle 3D tilt effect that can be followed by the cursor.

Just published Card Stack a cycling card carousel that scatters on hover and snaps back into place like a magnet. Try it out!
