Meridian jumped 1,134 spots in a day. It's sitting at #181 now.

The part I keep looking at isn't the rank.

It's that Meridian is the only one of my templates with a price on it. $79, while the other two are free and it's the one climbing fastest.

I built Meridian around a single idea: that studios lose money not because their work is worth less, but because their site makes people guess. Large imagery. Calm layout. A clear path through every page. Feel the value before the number comes up.

Apparently that works on the people buying the template too.

Price was never the obstacle. Being hard to read was.

When did you last pay more for something because it was instantly obvious it was worth it?

One week of numbers on Danny Studio: 16,546 impressions, 533 views, 30 remixes.

The one I'm proud of isn't the reach. It's that roughly 1 in 18 people who actually looked went on to remix it opened the file and pulled it into their own project.

A view costs nothing. A remix means someone decided the template was worth building on, not just looking at. That's the signal I was hoping for when I built it around one rule: the work leads, nothing decorative, every gallery image opens something real.

Curious what ratio you all watch, views to remixes, or something else, when you're figuring out if a template actually landed.

A small milestone I didn't expect: my first commission from Framer's partner program.

Woke up to my second template sale this week both to complete strangers.

This morning I was budgeting for bánh mì. Now I can afford phở. 🍜 Progress, if you ask me.

But real talk a few month ago I was still learning Framer, so someone across the world paying for something I made still feels a little unreal. A lot of what I know came from lurking in this community, so thank you for that.

Danny Studio just got its biggest update yet a new version, rebuilt around one idea.

The old version already looked good. A hero that turned into a masonry grid, real editorial photos. But two things held it back.

The gallery was finite. You scrolled, the photos ran out, and the page dropped you into a story block right when the feeling peaked. And none of the photos were clickable. Lots of images, but they led nowhere. Decoration.

So the new version keeps what worked and fixes what didn't.

The gallery is infinite now a CMS loop of album covers, so the scroll never dead-ends into a story block.

Every cover opens its album. The images went from wallpaper to the main navigation.

The story moved to where it doesn't interrupt: the About page, and the end of each album, once the photos have earned the attention.

Home scrolls forever, so it never reaches a footer all navigation lives in a sticky header by design.

Still no paid plugins. Fully responsive, mobile-first.

A few weeks ago, I kept asking myself one question.

Why do so many architecture websites look premium, yet feel so forgettable?

Yet after closing the tab, I couldn’t remember a single one.

So I challenged myself to design something differently.Instead of treating the homepage as a portfolio, I wanted it to feel like the beginning of a conversation.

A first impression that creates curiosity rather than trying to say everything at once.Then the project page takes over.Less distraction.More breathing room.More focus on the work itself.

Every page has a different purpose, but together they should tell the same story. No unnecessary animations.No visual noise.

Just space, rhythm, photography, and typography working together.Because architecture isn’t just about showing beautiful spaces.It’s about helping people imagine themselves living in them.

A founder reached out about Danny Studio, a wedding template I made.

"I love it," they said. "But I feel like I want more."

Trying out Fable 5 to build a page for a new project. Getting the initial structure up is fast, but tweaking the details is quite clunky and it burns through tokens way too fast 🥲

Honestly, the hardest part wasn't the design. It was figuring out how to make the site feel as fast as the product.

What ended up working:

→ One bold claim above the fold. Cut everything else. → Social proof after the hook not before. → Dark background so the copy breathes.

Still learning a lot with every build. If you've done something similar, I'd love to see it.

If you're building in Framer, bandwidth isn't just a technical metric it's part of the UX. Oversized assets = Slow load times + Unnecessary costs. Keep it minimalist, keep it optimized. Your users (and your wallet) will thank you.
