Hey everyone! 👋 I just finished building what I hope is the last carousel component you'll ever need to install 🎠
Three completely different vibes in one component:
- Cipher : cards slide through a glowing laser line and dissolve into falling matrix code, sparks flying off the edge.
- Clothesline : cards hang on a rope that actually sags (real catenary math, not a fake curve), tilting with the rope and pinned in place.
- Simple : clean and buttery for when the content should just speak.
The nerdy part I'm proud of all the heavy effects are canvas-rendered at 60fps, auto-pause when offscreen, and the drag/scroll has real inertia. Want a gentle 2D bend or a full 3D wheel? Both built in.
🌍 Aura Globe Pro just leveled up ; a real pass on both polish and depth, not just a patch note.
Rendering across views? Fixed. Those two blank spots at the poles from dot sampling? Filled in coverage runs clean, pole to pole.

⚙ Built for performance, not just looks : flat spatial hashing for particle connections (no per-frame allocations), insertion sort for near-sorted depth data, an RGBA string cache, and a font-loading pipeline that actually waits for the right weight/style before sampling.
This one went through serious iteration ; fixing subtle bugs like Framer's font control returning an object instead of a string, and getting film grain to composite correctly via offscreen canvas blending. The kind of detail that doesn't show up in a screenshot but shows up the moment you actually use it.

After about two weeks of building, this one's finally out. It's a pure Canvas 2D interactive globe , no WebGL, no dependencies ; built for people who want a globe component that actually feels premium instead of a stock Three.js demo bolted onto a landing page.

I’m running into a frustrating issue since the new Framer Community version update. My components are failing to upload. I’ve reached out to email support a few times but haven't been able to get a resolution yet.
The weirdest part is that a few of my components did upload successfully, but they are now stuck on the browser legacy dashboard and aren't showing up in my actual Framer account.
Has anyone else experienced this glitch with the new update? Has anyone found a workaround or know how to push them from the legacy dashboard to the main account?
Any help or advice would be hugely appreciated! Thanks in advance. 🙏
