About Ruri Ohama

Three pricing tiers were asking Ruri Ohama’s buyers to choose a plan before they had decided to buy. After launch, we tested a single price against the three. The single option won, with 32% higher checkout conversion than the tiered version, so we shipped it.

Selling without the guilt

Ruri is a productivity YouTuber. Her Kaizen System is built against what she calls “productivity guilt”: rigid tools that people fail at and then abandon. The store had to sell it without making buyers feel behind.

Phone-first, for the audience that actually arrives

Her traffic is high-intent and mostly men aged 25 to 35. We built the Framer store phone-first and retuned the visual identity for the people her channel actually reaches, rather than a generic productivity look.
