Aisol CMS Search

Search a CMS collection in three steps. Drop a Collection List into the List (CMS) slot. Publish or open Preview. While visitors type, the matching items are shown in your list's own layout with a live "2 results" line; clear the field to see the full list again.

Your Collection List is only read, never changed. Search results are copies of your items, so Framer hover effects and interactions inside an item do not run in the results (links still open). The Load more button is hidden while a search is active and comes back when the field is cleared.

In Filter list mode, Initial count shows only the first N matching items while typing, with a Show more button that reveals N more per click; 0 shows all. With an empty field your list is shown as built.

What is searched: all text in each item by default. To narrow it, type layer names into Search layers, for example Title, Body.

Mode: Filter list shows matches in your layout. Dropdown leaves the list alone and lists matching titles under the field; each row opens the item's link. Both does the two at once.

Keyboard: arrow keys, Home and End move through dropdown results, Enter opens the active one, Escape clears.

Placeholder, result lines, no match text, labels and accent colour are editable.

No CMS? Put any frame with links in the slot, or type results into the Fallback list.

The canvas shows a still field above your list; search works in Preview and on the site.
