About 3 Acres
3 Acres is a 629-unit luxury rental community in Jersey City, a waterfront development where a single signed lease can mean six figures in lifetime revenue. The website is the property's front door: most prospective residents visit it before they ever tour the building. When we came in, that front door was a WordPress template that looked nothing like the asset it was supposed to sell.
What we built
We led the strategy, designed the pages in Figma and built the site in Framer. Thirteen pages cover the full resident journey: residences, furnished apartments, amenities, neighborhood, gallery, virtual tour, building, events, availability and contact, plus legal pages and a 404. Every page keeps the route to booking a tour within reach.
Written for search and AI
We wrote all the copy from scratch, with titles, descriptions and headings structured for Google and for AI answer engines. Underneath sits JSON-LD markup for ApartmentComplex, Organization, WebSite and FAQPage, fitted inside Framer's custom code limit.
Handover
Moving off WordPress gave the property team direct control. They update content in Framer themselves, without waiting on a developer.
